MSG'S role is to give an illusion to the brain that the food is very delicious. MSG tricks our brain, so even bland food tastes wonderful. children for example, get used to the taste of the sweets made extremely flavourful by using MSG.and find authentic homemade food uninteresting. This flavour enhancer is a substance that "tricks" the brain that the food has extraordinary taste.MSG,thus, acts like a drug altering neurotransmitters and inducing a false sense of satisfaction.

#3.MSG affects health and intelligence :::

MSG,is also considered an excitoxin.Excitotoxins are amino acids that can react with receptors in the brain, causing neutrons to excite and thus causing great damage to than.MSG can thus cause mental development problems, especially in children aged less than 3 years. It can lead to other health problems such as stroke, asthma, severe pain in the body, headaches, migraines panic attack insomnia, acne, cancer and Alzheimer's. MSG can disrupt metabolism. The flavour enhancer,MSG,over- stimulates receptor in the brain to feel a more intense salty and sweet taste.it also increases our insulin levels.

so,we should make a habit of a checking food labels and pay special attention to quality of ingredients in all food products we buy from markets.
